Say No to Hindi Serials
Bangladeshi people have to be conscious. They should be aware of their own rights and values. They should not allow such discrimination to take place. They must not be influenced or guided by some other culture.
Our culture, our music, our language are so rich and vibrant. There is so much to see, listen and enjoy. We need to divert ourselves and look at what we have in our country and be proud of it, before we start looking at what others have to offer. We must not complain about the lack of variety or quality of the things which are available in Bangladesh. If people think there is any lacking or deficiency in our products, they must try to enhance them or encourage others to change them. They must not give up and turn away and look for substitutes from other countries. Only this way shall we be able to free ourselves from the evil influence of foreign cultures. This will also help us to prosper and reach new heights.

People's Realization
There are some Bangladeshi entertainers who believe that they would be more successful if they copied Hindi serials and not to forget the often rather objectionable and vulgar music videos. There was also a time when Bangla film songs were an exact copy of Indian film songs. There still is a lot of influence of Indian movies in the Bangla film industry starting from the plot of the film, the costumes, songs, etc.
Fortunately, things have started to change. Bangladeshi people, albeit not all, have begun to realise the true value and power of our own culture. Some people have begun to boycott Hindi programmes completely. But this will not be able to solve our problem.
However, I must admit that it would take many, many years before the Bangladeshi film industry would be able to attract people with this kind of mindset, to the theatres. Some people have been successful enough to draw the general mass into the movie theatres but that is only a handful. If the Bangladeshi film industry once again tries to make the kind of films that were produced in the 60s and 70s, rather than copying the Indian films, they would be successful in their endeavour to entertain the masses rather than the lower working class people.

Ringtones
In our internet we can download many ringtones. Various types of ringtones are available in internet. But the most noticeable fact is that hindi serial's songs ringtones are also available in internet. People can download ringtones from the net and use it in their mobile. But it has some demerits also. In our country we can see people are using Hindi serials ringtones. Specially women are using these ringtones which are really funny.Hindi serials ringtones are irritating also. When we journey in bus we can hear the ringtones from many women's bag. I think this is one kind of bad impact of Hindi serials. Fool and unsmart people use this ringtones in their mobile.
In public places we hear many hindi serial ringtones from people's mobile set. It is really very funny. On the other hand, we can never hear any Bangla serial's ringtones in anyone's mobile. Hindi serial' ringtones should be avoided in our country. One day i was in a bus suddenly i heared a ringtone from a women's cell and that is from Kumkum serial. Everyone started laughing after hearing that ringtone.

Vulgar Hindi serials
Hindi serials are full of nacked and dirty things. In reality shows women wear vulgar dresses. They try to show their body to the common people. Such as in MTV Roadies and splitsvilla girls wear small dresses which provoke the young generation. The young generation of our country like these reality shows very much. in Splitsvilla girls and boys go to dates and they hug each other. It looks very dirty and nacked. The Indian culture is not like our culture. Much intimacy scenes are shown In Splitsvilla which is vulgar. In many Hindi serials women marry twice even thrice. Is there anything to take from these Hindi serials. My question is that how a married women can marry thrice??? Is there any answer to Bangladeshi people. But yes a person can give answer to this question and she is none other than Ekta Kapoor the director of these vulgar serials. In Roadies and Splitsvilla boys and girls use many abusive words. They always use slang words which are creating a bad impact on Bangladeshi young generation. For example,A married women make love with many boys though she has a husband. Is it possible in our culture or society?? But yes it is possible in Hindi serials. Young generation are watching these serials and they are taking the negative sides of these serials which are fake not real. Small dresses, hot girls, fashion, style, marriage, live together and making illegal relationship of a married person these are the main features of Hindi serials. They dothis to increase their TRP. But in reality it is creating bad impact on our young generation.

Hindi serials VS Bangla serials
Compared to Hindi serials, the Bangladeshi serials are so much better. Yes, they may not be full of glitz and glamour, but there is a bit of reality in them. The Bangladeshi serials do not teach people to suspect or hate one another or arouse jealousy in people. Bangladeshi programmes are centred on ordinary people and they reflect the real Bangladesh. But maybe not all the programmes are like this.
The actors who play roles in Bangladeshi serials are highly educated. The directors and producers of Bangla serials are also highly educated. Women who watch Hindi serials regulary should watch Bangla serials. Some popular Bangla serials are
51 borti, chaiya chaiya, 420, housefull, Patro chai, Patri chai, 69, Ronger Manush, besto doctor etc etc. Humayun Ahmed is a very talented writer. Mostafa Sorwar Faruki is the most talented director in Bangladesh. His serials are much better than Ekta Kapoor's serials. Hindi serials are nothing in front of Bangla serials. Bangla serials are educative. There is no nacked scenes in Bangla serials. On the other hand, Hindi serials are non educative. They are vulgar. Bangla serials are awsome in a word.

Imitation of Reality shows
Bangaldeshi people like the hindi reality shows. So they imitate the shows. In India at first singing reality show Indian Idol was telecasted. After watching Indian Idol Bangladeshi people made a reality show named Close up 1. The first season peole watched Anu Malik and Sonu Nigam and Farah Khan on the hot seats as they took judges' chair for the show. Abhijeet Sawant participated in Asian Idol, representing India, and placed third. He also released his second album Junoon which was a success and he also did play back for the movie, Ashiq Banaya Apne.
The rules are the ten contestants will go to third round and in final the Indial Idol will be chosen by the common people by public voting. The contestant who wil attain the Indian idol post will get a contract of Rs. 1 crore with Sony Entertainment Television and a TATA Winger. In close up 1 the procedure is same. The Close up1 will be chosen by the common people by public voting. And the Close up 1 winner will get a contract with NTV. Bangladeshi people have got this concept from Indian Idol. They are not using their creativity. They just copy and imitate the Indians. There are also some reality shows which are imitated my Bangladeshi people. Such as Lux Channel I Superstar and Moharajer bari etc. They copy from Big Boss and many more reality shows.
